A stable and
circular society is one were there is a steady political and economic
development that is devoid of rancor and acrimony among its citizens
In a stable
and circular society, there is no war of all against all owing to the facts
below:
Economy:
A stable and circular society were there is no war of all against all must be
buoyant and steady. Infrastructural and basic amenities, good roads, electricity,
health and a very reliable source of water.
Security:
For any society to be stable and circular, devoid of rancor and acrimony there
must be adequate and effective security arrangement on ground to forestall any
breakdown of law and other. It must also have a reliable military personnel to
protect and defend its territorial integrity.
Education:
There must be a sound educational system to impact good morals on the younger
generations, this will go long way if a stable and circular society must be
achieved.
Religion:
The various religions groups must teach and preach love and harmony among its
worshippers. And also there must be tolerance and respect for other peoples
faith if a society were there is no war of all against all must be actualized.
Politics:
There must be political stability if peace must reign. Elections must be
conducted in serene atmosphere, it must be completely free from violence and
electoral irregularities. The leaders must be duely elected, as this is one of
the most important factors if peace must reigns.
Government: There is no government in this theory
because our preliminary restriction to the motivation of self-interest
eliminates the possibility that fear might motivate a search for protection.
Actors might desire a market and a government that can enforce contracts.
However, without fear and enforceable power, any actor can refuse to honor any
contract at any time with impunity. If actors were to try to create a
government, any government official would be, by assumption, strictly
self-interested. This official would have no motivation to resolve disputes
fairly.
Family: Actors want what they want, and one of
the things they want is sex, because, as discussed previously, lust is also a
biological motivation that we have in this theory. Therefore, some actors will
eventually produce children. The motivation of lust per se is not goal directed
toward the birth of children most of the species in which lust is a motivation
have no known awareness of such a link. For most sociological theories, lust is
a background, unexamined assumption from which children just appear; lust has
no formal role in most theories of society, and it will not have much of a role
here other than that of propagation.
