FIVE REASONS WHY A MAN BECOMES STABLE TO SOCIAL DISCIPLINE



Corruption: A man can becomes stratable to social discipline when corruption is on the high side. Those that are supposed to check and maintain balance of excesses by some citizens are been bribed.
            Immunity: Some states by law gives immunity to some privileged members of the society (mostly the political class), thereby making them unquestionable during their tenure in their respected offices which might even last a life-time.
            Law Enforcement: When the body  or organization that is set up by law to check and prosecute those that are involve in social indiscipline some            powerful persons might become stratable to social discipline.
            Judiciary: When the judiciary that is saddled with the responsibility of interpreting the law are not doing their job effectively due to corruption, there is most likely to be people stratable to social discipline on the high side.
            Bad Economy: When the economy is not stable the few privileged members of the society might become stratable to social discipline.
